About Our Group

Our group is 16 years old, and consists of 3 distinct divisions.
 

Hotels

The group has plans to develop 250 high quality serviced apartments at 10 different locations in semi-urban Goa. Surya Sangolda is the first of such complexes and offers excellent investment opportunities for both Indians and foreigners. The complex will be commissioned in 07/08.
 
Travel

The travel division consists of two companies. Trans Orient Holidays Private Limited, with offices in Goa, North and South India. Trans Orient Holidays handles inbound into Goa, Kerala and Rajasthan, mainly from the UK and some from Russia.

Trans Orient Forex is our foreign exchange company dealing in wholesale foreign exchange and ranks among the leading companies in this field.

The Spice Route, our second travel company, brings in approximately 250 people a week from Europe and are ground handling agents for companies like Lastminute.com, Travel for Less, Trust Accommodation, Low Cost Beds, On Holiday Group, etc.

  Construction
de Souza Estate Holding is our construction company which builds eco-friendly condos, hotels and housing.  Its latest project is titled Nivati Beach: a 2500 acre development located on a beautiful virgin beach in the Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra, intended for a luxury resort township comprising of condominiums, villas and exclusive luxury hotels.
